I came here accidentally, looking for a different garage to fix my Fiat 500 Sport’s squeaking back tires/brakes. The owner Brian was extremely honest and straightforward, and offered to come out to look at my car (his family has owned this garage for 100 years). As a woman I’m often uncomfortable in car repair situations (and have been taken advantage of financially many times), and this place was a completely new experience for me. My questions were taken seriously, and my car was taken care of for less than half of what I paid last time at a reputable brakes company. My safety was a priority, and I was given a complete picture of what needed to be done prior to the work being done, and they were COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT about price from the start. I was not pressured into any additional work, but I was given a look into what would need be fixed in the future and what the cost would be. I live in Brooklyn, and it is 100% worth the one hour drive here to get my car fixed in an honest way. Highly recommend them, I’m glad I found these guys!

I wanted to write this positive review one year ago, but better late than never. On the late morning of December 25, 2017 our car hit a very deep pothole causing terrible damage to one of our wheels and waylaying our drive to Florida with a detour off I-95S to New Rochelle. Being Christmas day, most businesses were closed and we checked in to the Ramada where I researched tire centers and emailed, what I thought was a "call center", and shared our experience on the road. An email response quickly arrived communicated by a Brian. Brian was the proprietor of Mallory Kotzen New Rochelle. Brian was professional and understanding. We scheduled an early morning appointment for 12/26/17 hoping that all we needed was a new tire, but alas the damage was much more severe than that and a whole new wheel had to be ordered. All of the people we came into contact with at MK were amazing. The customer service, professionalism and workmanship were exceptional. Thank you to the staff of MK of New Rochelle.

I've gone here many many times. These guys are extremely professional and very affordable. They're one of the top ten oldest tire dealers in the US so they have relationships that reflect that and will beat any price of tire. Always a pleasure going here.

Had a great experience. Professional people who did a wonderful job (oil change, filters replacement, tire rotation) and were honest with their suggestions about the work to be done on the car. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to do their regular car maintenance. Very competitive prices too!

I have been going to MK Tires for the past 10 years and would never dream of going anywhere else. I originally went there just for tire issues, but after I saw how quick, efficient and knowledgeable the team is I now bring my car there for any and all issues. Brian is extremely kind and personable, plus they are very patient while trying to explain things to someone who knows nothing about the inner workings of a car. I have always been more than satisfied leaving MK Tires, it is the best place to take your car!
